Simon Hickin

Simon is the Director of both the Commercial & Health, Aged Care and Seniors Living teams.

Simon undertakes valuations of investment properties, more particularly CBD commercial buildings, along with major industrial and specialist properties. Simon also has specialist valuation experience over a long period with a broad range of aged care facilities and retirement villages, for both mortgage security and financial reporting purposes.

During Simon’s career he has worked across a wide range of asset classes including commercial, retail and industrial, undertaking valuations of CBD and metropolitan office buildings, regional, sub regional and neighbourhood shopping centres, large industrial facilities and car parks. Over the previous 15 years Simon has also undertaken valuations of a large number of aged care facilities (going concern) and retirement villages (DMF assessment) for both financial reporting and mortgage security for institutional, not for profit and private owners.

Simon commenced his career in 1982 as a valuer and has been with M3 Property since January 2013.
