Zachary is a Certified Practising Valuer within the Health, Aged Care and Seniors Living team and undertakes valuations in relation to medical, disability accommodation, retirement villages and residential aged care. Zachary specialises in the valuation of portfolios and individual properties for financial reporting and first mortgage security purposes, together with providing extensive market and demographic studies.
Zachary’s previous role was as a risk management coordinator and since joining M3 Property in August 2021, has been undertaking valuation related tasks across a range of health and commercial properties.
