SydneyFrank is an Associate Director within the Residential Development team in the Sydney Office.
He regularly provides advice for feasibility analysis, due diligence, valuations for mortgage security purposes, acquisition and disposal of property for developers, receivers and financial institutions.
Over the course of his career, Frank has worked across a diverse range of asset classes, primarily providing valuations of residential development sites, prestige residential properties, and a variety of commercial asset types.
He demonstrates knowledge throughout the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Upper and Lower North Shore, Sutherland
Shire, Inner West and Inner-City suburban areas together with regional coastal markets for a diverse portfolio of property developers and clients.
