Jarrod is the Managing Director of NSW, leading a large team of valuers and property professionals in the Sydney office.
Jarrod is a key contact for clients across the Residential Development valuation sector. He specialises in valuation and consultancy assignments for high-density mixed-use and Residential Development projects, together with land subdivision developments across metropolitan Sydney, broader regional NSW and ACT.
His expertise is regularly sought for feasibility analysis, due diligence, project acquisition and disposal advice, mortgage security valuations and corporate reporting.
Jarrod brings a strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory requirements and industry standards to his work. He is committed to maintaining high levels of compliance, quality and professional integrity across valuation and consultancy assignments, ensuring advice is delivered with accuracy, transparency and commercial insight.
In addition to his client engagement, Jarrod is committed to mentoring upcoming valuers and graduates, supporting their professional development and creating opportunities for growth within the industry.
Jarrod commenced his career in 2008 and became an Associate of the Australian Property Institute in 2010.
He joined M3 Property in December 2014.
