Ross Farwell

Ross’ focus has been on the industrial property market throughout Queensland. He has been involved in valuations and consultancy advice of all sizes and locations, including investment and owner-occupied facilities, industrial development, cold storage, manufacturing facilities and multi-tenanted facilities.

In addition to the broad range of industrial properties, Ross’ focus has also been on the valuation of service station and retail properties.

Ross has been a property professional in Brisbane for 16 years (registered valuer for 14 years). Valuation advice has predominantly been undertaken for major banks, listed and private institutions, family law, as well as government departments providing valuation, prepurchase advice, rental assessments/determinations, market research, feasibility and investment analysis.

Ross commenced employment with M3 Property in June 2023.
