This year’s promotions span a range of roles and levels, including Director, Associate Director, Managing Valuer, Senior Valuer, Senior Valuation Analyst and Operational Excellence. Each promotion acknowledges the individual’s achievements to date and their continued contribution to the success of our clients, teams and business.

- Frank Melani – Frank’s promotion to Director reflects a sustained record of developing strong client relationships, commercial contribution and leadership within M3’s Residential Development business. His appointment recognises both his achievements to date and his capacity to lead future growth.
